Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm


Job Scope:

• Responsible for all documentation relating to Equipment Maintenance matters per iLMS requirements:

• Equipment maintenance and servicing records (14,500 Jobs annually).

• Monitor, review, and report on contractors’ Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Ensure maintenance work and necessary corrective action are carried out.

• Raising and closing of maintenance orders in iLMS.

• Compile and analyze data collated from iLMS.

• Undertake other administrative responsibilities including providing assistance in procurement activities.

• Assisting in preparing payment to vendors (Direct Payment) for all equipment sections except Hazmat Section:

• Ensuring relevant documents are in place; Service Reports, LOAs, etc.

• Monitoring of contract usage.

• Monitoring of payment made to vendors.

Job Requirements:

·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. 'A' Level and Higher Nitec above

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·      Preferably experienced with using SAP software
