Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Checks for completion of repairs for in-house works.
• Monitor consumption and expiry of maintenance contracts.
• Executes payment for maintenance works.
• Compile and update of maintenance schedules/plans.
• Keeps records of contract documents and servicing reports .
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.
· Only Singaporean
· Min. 'A' Level and Higher Nitec above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Preferably experienced with using SAP software
