  • 2 Available Office Locations: near Toa Payoh MRT / Clark Quay MRT
  • Expected start work in end-August 2020


Job descriptions:

  • Briefing will be provided upon start work
  • Assist in attending to customers’ enquiries / issues / feedback in professional manner
  • Draft professional replies via e-mail / letter to respond and provide clarification to customers’ enquiries and feedback
  • Contact customers through phone to provide further clarification if necessary
  • Accurately categories the customers’ enquiries and feedback for follow-up or investigation into company system and escalate the case to the department accordingly


Requirements:

  • Strictly O Level & above
  • SINGAPOREAN only
  • Prior customer service officer experience will be an added advantage 
  • Meticulous and positive attitude to learn
  • IT Savvy, possesses good command of English to provide professional replies
