Foreign Worker Management Associate

Job Description:

  • Applying, renewing, issuing and cancellation of work passes (mainly Work Permit and S Pass)
  • Maintain proper personal detail records in MOM portal
  • Ensure regulatory requirements such as housing is met
  • Conduct weekly foreign worker briefing programme and communication sessions
  • Liaise closely with business units and external stakeholders for manpower arrangement and decision making
  • Manage foreign worker discipline issues
  • Involvement in field work and conducting inquiry and inspection
  • Process invoices and maintain billing records on time
  • Identify and streamline internal processes
  • Other ad-hoc duties or projects may be assigned

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Candidates with prior experience in handling foreign workers matters will have an advantage
  • Good knowledge of labour law, foreign worker and work pass regulations (EFMA)
  • Meticulous in handling information and numbers
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable speaking to various stakeholders
  • Outspoken with great communication and presentation skills
