Job in Brief

  • Salary: S$2500-$3000 + Commission
  • Working location: Singapore, Central
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri, Office hour

Job Description

  • Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing

  • Handle customer enquiries with confidence

  • Correspond with customers through emails

  • Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment

  • Achieve sales target set out by business

Job Requirements 

  • Prior sales experience is advantageous

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and bilingual

  • A good team player with the ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards

  • Meticulous, well organized and systematic in work

  • Keen to learn and positive work attitude
