Job Description
1. Manage public queries and appeals for the Baby Bonus Scheme
- Respond to public queries and appeals via emails and phone calls according to service standards
2. Develop public communications and outreach efforts
- Review public communications materials (e.g. virtual knowledge gaps, Baby Bonus online contents, training materials for partners and stakeholders as necessary)
- Support team on roll-out of public communications plan and outreach efforts
3. Assist in processing of cases
- Collate cases for data entry in system
- Generate and monitor relevant reports post-Scheme implementation
- Verify cases for eligibility and accuracy of data
- Perform manual checks as and when required
4. Monitor budget
- Raise funding requests to download the funds for disbursement
- Follow up on failed or ad hoc payments
