Job Description

1. Manage public queries and appeals for the Baby Bonus Scheme

  • Respond to public queries and appeals via emails and phone calls according to service standards

2. Develop public communications and outreach efforts

  • Review public communications materials (e.g. virtual knowledge gaps, Baby Bonus online contents, training materials for partners and stakeholders as necessary)
  • Support team on roll-out of public communications plan and outreach efforts

3. Assist in processing of cases

  • Collate cases for data entry in system
  • Generate and monitor relevant reports post-Scheme implementation
  • Verify cases for eligibility and accuracy of data
  • Perform manual checks as and when required

4. Monitor budget

  • Raise funding requests to download the funds for disbursement
  • Follow up on failed or ad hoc payments
