F&B Service Crew

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers enquiry
  • Handle daily cashiering duties including opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor stock levels of supplies and inform the Supervisor with regards to ordering of supplies when necessary
  • Assist in customer purchases and payment transaction
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mind set


Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
  • able to provide excellent customer service and frontline counter duties
  • able to work independently
  • Cashiering duties
  • willing to carry some heavy loads
  • Willing to work shifts; weekends; public holidays
  • Retail Hours Required
  • Min 6 months to 1 year retail sales exp
