Job description:

  1. Review applications, Screening of CVs and match best-fit applicants to relevant units/host for applications and may include the following, but not limited to
    1. • Traineeship
    2. • Youth Programmes 
  2. Administrative duties and coordination for recruitment support (including interview scheduling and collation of documents, liaising with applicants, units, host organisations etc)
  3. Manage enquiries related to recruitment/applications and HR matters, etc
  4. Support in HR administration
  5. Other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned by supervisors

Job requirement:

  • Relevant working experience in HR or with HR background 
  • Key competencies: Critical & creative thinking, communication (written & verbal), relationship management, project & time management
  • Proactive, resourceful, resilient, versatile, agile and high learning agility
  • Good writing and communications skills
  • Possess macro perspective of issues and meticulous with details
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish connections with different internal and external stakeholders
