Job Title : Operation Executive - SL

Job Responsibilities:

Manage quality service-related projects

  • Integrated Hotline Management.
    • Provide administrative support in the approval of requirements process, procurement, tender evaluation, and implementation process of the new 7-year tender for Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) which is planned to commence from September 2022.
    • Secretarial support for meetings with stakeholders.
  • Revamping the training framework for Service Quality
    • Provide support in the conceptual review and curriculum design for customized courses with other organisations.
  • Audit Framework for Service Delivery Touchpoints 
    • Coordinate with units on the security clearance for outsourced auditors at the physical touchpoints
    • Coordinate with auditor on the prompt conduct of audit and consolidation of audit findings.

Provide administrative support for daily QSM functions:

  • Management of the hotline and feedback emails.
  • Assist with statistics collation to provide an overview of the feedback received.

  • Minimum qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Projects Management, Arts & Social Science
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous, able to write well, work independently, and multi-task
