Job Title : Operation Executive - SL
Manage quality service-related projects
- Integrated Hotline Management.
- Provide administrative support in the approval of requirements process, procurement, tender evaluation, and implementation process of the new 7-year tender for Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) which is planned to commence from September 2022.
- Secretarial support for meetings with stakeholders.
- Revamping the training framework for Service Quality
- Provide support in the conceptual review and curriculum design for customized courses with other organisations.
- Audit Framework for Service Delivery Touchpoints
- Coordinate with units on the security clearance for outsourced auditors at the physical touchpoints
- Coordinate with auditor on the prompt conduct of audit and consolidation of audit findings.
Provide administrative support for daily QSM functions:
- Management of the hotline and feedback emails.
- Assist with statistics collation to provide an overview of the feedback received.

- Minimum qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Projects Management, Arts & Social Science
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Meticulous, able to write well, work independently, and multi-task
