Job Responsibilities
▪ Develop data templates for data collection
▪ Collate data and information. Data entry and data collection submitted to ACE, ensuring accuracy of data collected
▪ Track and archive email responses from multiple stakeholders
▪ Track and update project timeline
▪ Coordinate and project manage the various assigned tasks
▪ Schedule and coordinate briefings, meetings/conference calls
▪ Manage internal and external stakeholders including their queries
▪ Provide administrative support and organise meetings as required (including calendar invites, room bookings, zoom meeting set ups etc)
▪ Liaison for relevant topics to technical team
▪ Record minutes during meetings
▪ Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirement:
▪ Work experience as administrative support is preferable, specifically with handling and compiling data using Microsoft Excel and proficient in office style writing and use of Microsoft Word
▪ Basic project management experience would be beneficial.
▪ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
▪ Proactive and a resourceful
▪ Able to work independently and is a good team player
▪ Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
