•Assist in design data collection templates and data compilation using efficient Microsoft Excel
techniques
• Perform data checks and transpose data accurately between data collection templates
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data incongruencies
• Write minutes to document discussions
• Ensure proper organisation of relevant files with appropriate version control
• Perform general administrative work including sending out data requests, handling email
enquiries or clarifications, setting up meetings or events, and sending calendar invitations
• Work with team to support progress of data-driven analyses work
Requirements:
•Preferably 1 or more year of working experience in a role in data compilation, data cleaning, and
general administrative work will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Quick learner, proactive, meticulous, resourceful
• Good organisation and communication skills (verbal, written)
• Able to work well independently, and as a member of team
