Executive Assistant, NGEMR (Business Office) (2-year Contract)

You will be responsible for NUHS Business Office Group Shared Services NGEMR project.


You are expected to:

  • Checking the bill presentment of charges, subsidy, payable amount during NGEMR UAT / FDR
  • Checking the claim processing, claim amount and pay or distribution on bill during NGEMRUAT / FDR
  • Checking of all printed bills on bill presentment post go-live before releasing to mail out to patients
  • Support front-line PSA at SOCs to check all bills printed out post go-live before issuing to patients
  • For EPIC - SAP movements errors post go-live, verify the movement and transfer the charges to the updated movement
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks relating to NGEMR project


Job Requirement:

  • Possess a Diploma in Finance/ Business or the equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office suite
  • Organized, detail-oriented and a team player
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges
