Contract Term: Min 3 months
Salary: $14.50 per hour
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
Job description:
- Manage the signature event and other event activities and hand over the duties covered to new staff
- Manage any ongoing partnership discussions with external partners and to continue working with the event organiser and to follow up on any other event related matters
- Assist other team members on other signature events as needed.
Job requirement:
- Degree or equivalent
- 2 years of event planning experience, account servicing (stakeholders)
- Able to speaks and writes fluent English.
- Software knowledge: Microsoft Office
