Job description:

  • Website maintenance and updates
    • Work with cross agencies colleagues, and appointed website vendor for relevant content refreshes
    • Work with Acct Managers on acct managed companies’ to profile their latest news when relevant
  • Update and maintain lists & contact database
    • Help maintain and consolidate the accounts list for each review
    • Consolidate and maintain an updated contact list
    • Consolidate any reporting required to lead as required.
  • Manage event requests and demand opportunities for companies
    • Track and manage the multiple events) and demand opportunities for companies
    • Collate interest from relevant companies to participate
  • Adhoc requests
    • Note taking
    • Vendor management
    • Desktop research on companies

Job requirement:

  • Degree in Relevant study for e.g. Infocomm and Media
  • At least 1 year of Infocomm-related industry experience;
  • Able to perform independent desktop research and conduct phone interviews on topics assigned and provide clear updates on findings and insights obtained in a well-organised, meaningful manner
  • Able to showcase good understanding and process new or complex issues in past employment
