- Handle & answers customer inquiries via phone and e-mail enquiries at a contact centre for matters relating to the building and construction industry
- Enter information into the Customer Feedback Management system
- Liaise with relevant parties for follow-up of feedback where necessary
- Other frontline and administrative duties when required.
- Any others tasks assigned.
- MUST BE Comfortable work on weekends or Public Holidays (If needed)
- Min N level
- Able to start work immediately
- Good Communication skill
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Candidates with experience in customer service or contact center will have an added advantage
- Candidates with retail experiences may apply too
