Job Scope

  • Handle & answers customer inquiries via phone and e-mail enquiries at a contact centre for matters relating to the building and construction industry
  • Enter information into the Customer Feedback Management system
  • Liaise with relevant parties for follow-up of feedback where necessary
  • Other frontline and administrative duties when required.
  • Any others tasks assigned.

Job Requirement

  • MUST BE Comfortable work on weekends or Public Holidays (If needed)
  • Min N level
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Good Communication skill
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with experience in customer service or contact center will have an added advantage
  • Candidates with retail experiences may apply too
