Customer Service Officers (counters)

Job Description:

1) To assist in the daily operations, attend to enquiries and perform counter duties and attend to queries from clients/public

2) Provide administrative support to other existing officers for the effective running of the department.

3) Perform any other administrative duties as directed by the Authority.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum "O" Levels
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay to help with document translation 
  • Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • At least 1 year above of frontline customer service experience 
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised, independent and self-disciplined team-player
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
