1) To assist in the daily operations, attend to enquiries and perform counter duties and attend to queries from clients/public
2) Provide administrative support to other existing officers for the effective running of the department.
3) Perform any other administrative duties as directed by the Authority.
- Minimum "O" Levels
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay to help with document translation
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year above of frontline customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Organised, independent and self-disciplined team-player
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
