Customer Service Officer (Transport)

Job responsibilities:

  • To assist to collate and verify authenticity and accuracy of invoices and documentation submitted by Public Transport Operators for payment claims relating to bus service operations carried out for Early Closure Late Opening
  • To assist to collate and verify bus revenue reports submitted by Public Transport Operators generated from bus service operations carried out for Early Closure Late Opening
  • To monitor and track the payment made/revenue collected and assist in the conduct of post-payment audit verification for past payment


Job requirement:

  • Tertiary (Diploma/”A” Levels)
  • Meticulous with keen attention to numbers
  • Proactive with an inquisitive mind and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with data and savvy with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Must be good at excel (pivot and vlookup)
