Job description:

  1. Response to user inquiries and feedback via emails and hotline in a professional and timely manner
  2. Logging all services based on user requests
  3. Provide first level General Campaign Support to assist in general inquiries related to registration, collection guidelines and rewards redemption status 
  4. Provide first level technical support to assist in troubleshooting enquires related to smartphones and compatible Fitness Trackers

Job requirement:

  • Min A Level and above
  • Fluency in English is a must!
  • Comfortable with speaking to strangers
