Job description:

  • Updating of 6-monthly medical examination results

  • Handling of the returned mails for all system-generated letters 

  • Electronically assist to re-route all requests to the correct Processing Officers/Sections to review and follow-up when detected during the handling of requests for results

  • Perform ad hoc duties including data-entry task, generation of standard outcome letters

Job requirement:

  • Singaporean Only

  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word

  • Good communication skills and customer service skills, positive work attitude and able to work with minimum supervision

  • Admin or data entry experience
