Position Title: Temporary Staff

Working Location: City Hall MRT

Working Hours: Tuesday - Sunday: 10.00am - 5.00pm (incl of PH)

Salary: UP$3,200 (commensurate on qualification and experience)

Duration: 11 Months

Key Responsibilities

• To guide visitors through various zones and impart skills and knowledge to the visitors

• Handle correspondences and enquiries from member of public and visitors

• Ensure the functioning of equipment e.g., check the surveillance network such as the Close-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras and recording system

• Conduct simple maintenance of equipment (e.g., test all multimedia, computers and projectors)

• To carry out first-level troubleshooting of technical problems, such as faulty lighting control units and interactive stations, and liaise with the maintenance contractors to resolve those above their ability to troubleshoot and monitor their progress

• To assist in operations and any other job function, if required

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree of any discipline

• Preferably possesses related experience in customer service/public engagement

Preferably possess good writing and communication skills

Having experience in any formal First-Aid training or Fire-Safety training is a plus
