Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  1. Provide a high level of professional customer service at the Customer Service Counter and CSC Call Centre
  2. Reply customer service emails in College’s generic e-mail account
  3. Logging/Closing cases in Case Management Module (TREX) to ensure that all cases/feedback are logged properly
  4. Prepare outgoing mails (Register, Local & Overseas) for postage
  5. Facilitate courier deliveries/pickups while ensuring proper record keeping. Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery/pickups


Requirements:

  • G.C.E. ‘O’ Levels or Diploma in any discipline, with relevant working experience in Customer Service 
  • Speaks well to liaise with external stakeholders
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Displays good attitude and able to work independently or with people
