Job description:

Your role is to support the Corporate Communications Department in:

  1. Processing of public queries received via the client's listening channel in a timely and reliable manner.
  2. Developing and maintaining the client's answer bank
  3. Assist in the logical aspects for the corps comm projects as and when needed.


Job Requirement:

  • Minimum "A" levels
  • 2 years in Customer service environment
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
