Salary: $12 per hour
Your role is to support the Corporate Communications Department in:
- Processing of public queries received via the client's listening channel in a timely and reliable manner.
- Developing and maintaining the client's answer bank
- Assist in the logical aspects for the corps comm projects as and when needed.
- Minimum "A" levels
- 2 years in Customer service environment
- Good verbal and written skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
