Job Duties

  • Handle the inbound customer service hotline & assist with call-in customer’s enquiries
  • Performing of data entry duties to log-in customer complaints & ensure close follow-up till case closure
  • Assist with other administrative duties when required

Job Requirements

  • Minimally O’ levels & UP
  • Customer service oriented and possess strong communication skills
