Your job as a Customer Service & Logistics Executive:

  • Customer management and management of other projects as assigned
  • To achieve customer service KPI
  • To develop and implement process improvements
  • Manage daily operations and driving projects for process improvements.
  • To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
  • To ensure compliance/provide support to all related activities
