Salary: $10 per hour

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

You will assist with the feedback management function. The responsibilities include:-

  • Support daily enquiries received from the public channels, such as phone calls and emails;
  • Ensure timely and proper documentation of cases in the databases; and
  • Support administrative tasks when required.

Job requirement:

  • Min ‘A’ Level certificate
  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team;
