Job description:

  • Monitoring Staff Adherence & Productivity
  • Consolidation of shift allowance and overtime claims
  • Printing and filing of reports
  • Handling Escalations
  • Practicing "Walk the Floor" approach (See if other agents need help or have any inquiries)
  • Liaise with operators, vendors and internal / external departments (IT)
  • Assist in Executive to arrange and conduct counseling sessions for CRO
  • Assist in preparation of training materials
  • Service Recovery Monitoring

Job requirement:

  • Min Diploma holders with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a call centre environment
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Comfortable with working on weekends
