Your role as our Customer Experience Executive

  • #1 Delight all customers in and ensure the best possible recruitment experience, you are involved in driving the growth of positive word of mouth

  • Manage and solve incoming candidate messages across departments in a professional manner, in line with BGC’s “we care” service ethos

  • Perform routine website testing across our country channels a smooth user experience, ensuring that bug fixes are solved in a timely manner

  • Support our fulfilment team with candidate marketing campaigns and content production (videos /writing etc.)

  • Support marketing’s social media strategies, create and execute content calendar for our online channels, ensuring maximum candidate/ client engagement

  • Consolidate social media reports to monitor the impact of social media engagement

  • Ensure all online channels are fully utilised in the company, and optimised for all end-users

Requirements

  • A diploma/degree majoring in marketing, professional communications or hospitality

  • 1-2 years of working experience within customer service, hospitality or community engagement

  • Demonstrated experience of service centricity

  • Social media aware: Trip Advisor, Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

  • Experience in Google Analytics is an advantage

  • Fluent in English (oral and written) to handle feedbacks and queries

  • A creative team player who is proactive and highly driven to resolve customer pain points fast
