- Draft and respond to and resolve customers’ inquiries and feedback on the organisation's matters.
- Independently gather information from internal stakeholders to formulate personalised replies to customers in an effective and efficient manner. If necessary, contact customers over the phone for clarification/to resolve their queries.
- Accurately categories the customers’ inquiries and feedback that require follow-up or investigation by the organisation into the organisation's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and escalate the case to the domain experts in the organisation using the CRM system.
- Minimum qualifications: GCE 'O' Level
- The primary job function of the officer is to resolve customers’ queries/issues/feedback received in a professional and effective manner and ensure targets for service levels are met. Candidates need to possess good command of English.
