Contract term: 6 Months (Subjected to extension)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am – 6.00pm)
(Subjected to changes and possibilities of staggered working hours if required)
1. Handle customer enquiry or appeals through the phone.
2. Send regular emails to customer.
3. Track customers’ responses and compliance
4. Contact the customer to follow up on cases or appointment if they fail to show up.
5. Verify the documents uploaded by the customer.
6. Other ad hoc duties assigned
