Customer Care Officer

Location: Central Region

  • Contract Duration: 6 months contract
  • Education Qualification: Min 'O' Level holder
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00AM - 5.30PM, subjected to changes to staggering working hours in shift.
  • Location: Bedemeer Road and Havelock Road
  • Salary: $1,950 per month


Job scope:

  • Draft, contact, respond, resolve customers’ inquiries and feedback to ensure target service level is met.
  • Gather information from internal stakeholders to formulate personalized replies to customers in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Accurately categories the customers’ inquiries and feedback which require follow-up or investigation into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and escalate the case if necessary.

Job requirements:

  • Singaporeans only.
  • Min 'O' Level holder.
  • Prior working experience in front line customer service will be an added advantage.
