- Contract Duration: 6 months contract
- Education Qualification: Min 'O' Level holder
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00AM - 5.30PM, subjected to changes to staggering working hours in shift.
- Location: Bedemeer Road and Havelock Road
- Salary: $1,950 per month
- Draft, contact, respond, resolve customers’ inquiries and feedback to ensure target service level is met.
- Gather information from internal stakeholders to formulate personalized replies to customers in an effective and efficient manner.
- Accurately categories the customers’ inquiries and feedback which require follow-up or investigation into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and escalate the case if necessary.

- Prior working experience in front line customer service will be an added advantage.
