Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)
- Develop a review system for cases with officers to ensure timely reviews and decision-making for cases.
- Manage contact service referrals and payment verification in a timely manner.
- Provide case management support for pending closure cases.
- Provide and oversee administrative/ data/ logistics matters in the unit.
- Provide secretarial support.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Able to work calmly in highly stressful situations and environments;
- Be tenacious and resilient in handling difficult situations/clients;
- High level of emotional resilience;
- Good engagement, assessment, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills;
- Meticulous, good analytical and critical thinking abilities; and
- Enjoy teamwork.
