Community Partnerships Officer

As part of the Operations and Service Capability Branch (OSCa), you will support the team overseeing the centralization and improving the user experience of Rehabilitation and Protection Group’s (RPG) volunteers and partners, such as programme providers, non-profits agencies and employers. The scope includes:


  1. Assisting in the execution of engagement strategies for corporates, organisations etc. This includes identifying new suitable programmes / employment / sponsorship opportunities, preparing publicity mailers and disseminating information to partners, providing support to the team for community partnerships, developing the evaluation processes and assist with administering/collection of responses pre and post-programme
  2. Assisting in logistical tasks for internal trainings and meetings, e.g. tracking attendance for all trainings, refreshments, transport, booking of venues
  3. Working closely with other RPG divisions to collate data, formulate joint strategies and platforms for partnerships
  4. Helping to manage databases to ensure critical and updated info is captured
  5. Providing strong admin support to the team (coordinating meetings, filing, budget, etc)


Job requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in any discipline
  • At least 1-year relevant experience in engagement related work
  • A team player who is pleasant and has a relatable personality, able to engage with stakeholders on an authentic, professional level
  • Meticulous and possesses good interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills, strong sense of initiative and positive attitude
