Communications Support Officer

Job Description:

  • Log in feedback and appeals in CRM system
  • Send reminders to different divisions etc to monitor feedback for case closure
  • Support the team in co-ordinating with internal stakeholders for projects such as staff awards, distributing service posters and frames
  • Assist in design work for posters and electronic digital mailers
  • Assist in liaising with vendors and different divisions for work/projects such as producing service articles for distribution over email
  • Prepare simple monthly analysis of feedback and appeals received.

Job requirement:

  • Singaporean only
  • Min. Diploma
  • Good computer literacy skills and able to work effectively with Microsoft Office (knowledge and skill in MS Excel is compulsory).
  • Strong administrative skills and meticulous.
  • Good writing skills and communication skills.
  • Experience with or interest in producing marketing collaterals (e.g. electronic direct mailers) will be an advantage.
