Job Description:

  • Maintenance of organisation's Ask Jamie Virtual Assistant (VA) 
    • Administration of VA knowledge base
    • Management of VA email enquiries
    • User Administration
    • Tracking of VA issues
    • Troubleshooting of system errors
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure public queries received through the feedback system are managed according to specified guidelines/processes, including: 
    • Maintaining feedback subject list and email recipients
    • Tracking of Feedback system issues 
    • Liaising with other organisations to resolve user issues, i.e. login/administrative matters
    • Monitoring EFS chasers by contact center 
    • System and User Administration
    • Maintaining EFS user manual
  • Triaging of public inquiries through emails and calls when required
  • Assist and support Managers in fulfilling adhoc/operational tasks as and when required
  • Able to work with management to prioritize business and escalation needs

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Min. Diploma with admin experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and one of the 3 main local languages (Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil) 
  • Customer-oriented, good customer service/soft skills are essential 
  • Able to empathize with the members-of-public and provide prompt and accurate responses 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
