Job Description

  1. Maintenance of client’s Ask Jamie Virtual Assistant (VA)
    1. - Administration of VA knowledge base
    2. - Management of VA email enquiries
    3. - User Administration
    4. - Tracking of VA issues
    5. - Troubleshooting of system errors
  2. Maintenance of Feedback system
    1. - System and User Administration
    2. - Tracking of Feedback system issues
  3. Triaging of public enquiries through emails and calls
  4. Generation of monthly reports
    1. Hotlines
    2. Virtual Assistant
    3. Customer Satisfaction Survey


Job Requirements

  • Singaporean only
  • Min. Diploma with admin experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with systems before (e.g. CRM, content management system, etc) would be preferred
