Job description:

  1. Manage appeals from landlords
  2. Gathering and updating of information channelling of appeal cases
  3. Liaise with relevant parties (appellants, assessors) in gathering relevant documents
  4. Obtaining the assessment of appeals and updating of appeal outcomes.

Job requirement:

  • Diploma & Above
  • IT savvy individual
  • Able to handle high volume admin work
  • Able to think and work quick
  • Prior Customer service experience would be an advantage
