Job Description:

  • Functional Track Support 
    • Design solutions, develop and execute transition strategies with the functional track Leads
    • Work closely with respective business product owners (POs) to identify and assess business requirements including development of future state processes with considerations for the current and future technical landscape.
    • Facilitation of collaborative works across various stakeholders including vendors and contractors of existing systems to ensure minimal impacts to integrations.
    • Documentation of process models.
    • Support the respective track leads in sprint planning including execution of sprint activities to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Technical Track Support
    • Establish and execute overall TGS data migration strategy on boarding plan
    • Manage system integration efforts to ensure that the entire system is built in an efficient and robust manner towards a high level of maintainability, reliability and availability
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the integration and data migration efforts
    • Liaise with Public Agencies on the technical requirements to onboard to TGS
    • Facilitate the data migration and integration requirements
  • Change Management Support
    • Strategize and execute overall TGS adoption plan together with the Change Management team (e.g. Communications & Engagement Strategy, Training & Enablement Plan)
    • Engage both internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, commitment and adoption
    • Plan and execute the WOG onboarding strategy
    • Partner with Public Agencies to onboard their stakeholders
    • Facilitate enablement for the use of the system

Job requirement:

  • Min diploma in a relevant course of studies
  • Experience with project implementation
  • Experience with management of forms and rules, and familiarity with business process management
  • Experience with Stakeholder engagement, communication, and management
  • Experience with change management or corporate comms
  • Experience with business rules management system
  • Experience with low code platform
