Responsibilities:
- Perform daily support of application systems to ensure systems availability.
- You will be required to provide assistance and liaise with users and vendors on all matters pertaining to application systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and tracking of reported issues for application systems.
- Perform documentation update for the application systems.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement:
- 3 years working experience in a similar capacity with a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem – solving, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience in supporting application systems such as Ticketing & Retail Point-of-Sales (POS) Systems, Digital Signage,
- Internet/Intranet applications and websites on Microsoft Windows Server, IIS & SQL Server is advantageous.
