Attraction Ops Associate

Location: Central Region
Job Type: Temporary / Contract

Responsibilities:

- Provide information & assistance to visitors

- Checking of tickets for admission

- Responding to accidents and emergencies

- Help facilitate events and programmes held within the Gardens

- Handling crowd control


Requirements:

  • Able to work Weekdays and Weekends (Minimum 3 - 4 days a week) and commit at least 3 months
  • Able to commit to both morning and afternoon shift according to schedule
  • Comfortable with working outdoors occasionally
  • Preferably someone who can stand long hours
  • Service-oriented with a pleasant disposition
  • Candidates with customer service experience will have an advantage
