Working Hours:
8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Scopes:
· To support the unit in the transition of HR system in areas of data verification and data clean up
· To provide admin support for committee appointments
· To assist in providing administrative support required during ranking sessions – procurement of meals and snacks, update of changes to ranking schedule, booking of meeting rooms, printing of ranking materials etc
· To assist in filing of documents into e-Registry based on the new file categories
· To design discipline broadcasts – 2 broadcasts per quarter
· To perform discipline screening for all awards, quarters, reference checks, resignations and retirement, pay outs
Job Requirements:
· Only Singaporean
· Min. Diploma and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Meticulous, able to write well, work independently and multi-task
