- Clinical Work
- Conducting screenings prior to group inclusion
- Administering evaluation battery to clients
- Preparing materials for group activities
- Conducting group activities
- Recording and uploading case notes
- Tracking clients’ progress in treatment
- Furnishing group intervention treatment reports and updating programme manuals
- Research Work
- Conducting literature reviews
- Assisting in conducting focus groups
- Data entry and transcribing audio/video recordings
- Monitoring research data collection progress
- Verification of the completeness and quality of collected data
- Ensuring data security
- Assisting in documentation of work processes
- Drafting of reports for research project updates
- Administrative Work
- Designing of infographics, presentations, and other dissemination materials
- Ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the reporting officer
Job requirement:
- Good Honours degree in Psychology (Second class and above)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work independently to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and demands that will overlap
- Excellent report writing skills
- Good theoretical understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Theraphy
- Interest in working with the offending population
- Prior research experience is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, R, STATA)
- Experience using design-related software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Piktochart)
- Experience with online data collection platforms (e.g. SurveyGizmo, Qualtrics, etc.)
