Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (Biz Tech) - AH

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office hours)

Job Scopes:

  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment work which includes:
    • Sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, advertisements, job portals, LinkedIn etc
    • Prepare and post recruitment advertisements
    • Conduct interviews and facilitate discussions
    • Propose and make recommendations on salary packages  
    • Manage staff requisition process to ensure appropriate information is presented to management for approval
    • Communicate offers, benefits, and terms to selected candidates.
  • Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and provide advice to various stakeholders on recruitment matters 
  • Manage pre-boarding to ensure good new hire experience
  • Conduct recruitment data analytics for updating of recruitment status and providing recruitment insights to line managers and HRBP 
  • May be involved in recruitment-related projects, such as supporting campus outreach activities

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans
  • Minimum qualification: Degree in HR, Engineering or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment – experience in recruitment for tech industry will be advantageous
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills 
  • Good team player and able to engage stakeholders
