Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

  • With experience in recruitment for tech industry will be advantageous
  • Working hours:
    • 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
    • 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Scopes:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Engage and provide advice to various stakeholders on recruitment needs/matters
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate discussions
  • Propose and make recommendations on salary packages
  • Communicate offers, benefits and terms to selected candidates
  • May be involved in recruitment related projects

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans
  • Min. Degree in HR, Engineering or any related discipline
  • Possess minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good team player and able to engage stakeholders
