Assistant Manager (International Cooperation)

Location: Singapore
Job Type: Temporary / Contract

Salary: Up to $14.50 / hour

Contract duration: 3 months (extendable)

Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)


Job responsibilities may include:

  • Staff organisation's senior officials and principals for international meetings (e.g., scheduling, conduct research to prepare notes/talking points for principals, logistic support, taking minutes)
  • Ensure timely response to queries from other agencies and international counterparts
  • Develop policies and coordinate with different stakeholders to implement them
  • Plan, support, and coordinate incoming and outgoing visits

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably 2 years of working experience with relevant skill-sets
  • A pleasant disposition, meticulous, strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen interest in Singapore's healthcare policies and international affairs
  • A team player who is self-motivated to initiate and see-through projects
