Assistant Manager (Events management)

Your role in the Events Development & Management team: 

  1. Assist in developing strong interactive experiences and content that appeal to the community
  2. Business Development and stakeholder management
  3. Resourceful in sourcing for innovations to showcase
  4. Manage correspondence with participating exhibitors and partners
  5. Consolidation of event ops and logistics requirements from the different exhibitors
  6. Assist in monitoring event design, and managing setup
  7. Develop After Action Review reports 
  8. In charge of administrative and logistical duties related to events
  9. Development of event brief for participating organisations
  10. Development of content for online marketing of the event

Job requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in events management/marketing
  • A self-starter and keen learner who is proactive and has initiative in developing strong content for events
  • a good head for event planning, meticulous in the execution of event ops
  • has a commitment to ensuring events are smoothly and successfully executed.
