♦ Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

♦ Experience in events management or similar secretariat role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing concept slide decks for stakeholder briefings and updates as well as planning committee meetings;
  • Main coordinator to liaise and ensure alignment with other IMDA teams that are running constituent events;
  • Secretariat duties such as coordinating with multiple stakeholders for meetings, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes; and
  • Support the tracking of programme budgets, as well as other programme management, coordination and reporting tasks for the core team.

  • Degree in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
