Assistant Manager (Desktop research)

Location: Singapore

Salary: Up to $3400

Working days: 5 working days per week

Working Hours:

8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Thu)

8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

The Job Description:

  1. Coordinate meetings and liaise with key stakeholders 
  2. Provide admin and logistics support for meetings, programmes and activities (i.e managing registrations, venue, etc)
  3. Assist with presentations decks and supporting materials 
  4. Do desktop research on assigned topics
  5. Track milestone deliverables and budget utilisation

Job requirement:

  • Minimum Degree
  • Able to perform independent desktop research and prepare presentations on topics assigned and provide clear updates on findings and insights obtained in a well-organised, meaningful manner
  • Writes well and has good verbal communication skills
  • Has an interest in engaging people and building networks
  • Familiar with MS Office software eg. ppt, word doc and excel, etc
