Job description:
- Pre audit engagement activities
- Develop and disseminate pre-audit checklist
- Develop comms to create awareness and compliance
- Organise Virtual/Physical Workshops
- Develop internal guidelines or content for different target audience to ensure they are well-versed with audit.
- Work with divisions and/or division rep to ensure any tasks assigned are completed promptly.
- Update content in intranet
- Internal Pre-Audit checks:
- Review all folders in a digital records management system to check on access rights, folders filing status etc
- Review all cabinets in office to check if physical docs are correctly stored according to document classification and retention period
- Collate findings and identify gaps for improvement
- Engage Users to close the gaps
- Create awareness on our digitisation service and encourage and influence divisions to digitise their physical records
- Audit Exercise
- To assist the Team on logistic such as liaise with Auditors and Users to arrange for common date for audit, book room(if required), prepare laptop and any other materials etc
- Follow-up with Users on the required info that Auditor has requested
- Assist to close any gaps identified by the Auditors after Post Audit Exercise
Job requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in accounting or related field
- 2 years working experience involving managing records and/or auditing
- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement, Communication and Time Management
- An organised and meticulous individual
- Comfortable with doing presentation in front of large groups.
- Experience in designing communication materials would be an added advantage
