Job description:

  • Verify eligibility of applicants for selected Awards

  • Prepare Letters of Offer for applicants

  • Assist team to prepare presentation slides to update management

  • Input and maintain records of Award recipients

  • Work with Officer in charge to pay claims, sort applications

  • Tabulate information from applications

  • Assist with queries on Awards etc

Job requirements:

  • Min degree in any field

  • At least 2 year of prior programme administration experience

  • Must be competent in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Must be willing to liaise with members of the public and case management of appeals and complaints
