Assistant Event Manager

Salary: $11.50/hours

Working days: 5 day work week

8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)

8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

Contract term: 2 months

Job Description:

- Work closely with tertiary institutions to publicize and roll out health programme for students

- Obtain insights from tertiary institutions, CCAs and Halls/Residences on their calendar of events and identify partnership opportunities

- Support implementation of on-ground activation in tertiary institutions

- Administrative duties include data entry, data-mining/analysis, report generation and logistics management

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience in co-ordinating events and roadshow ops is a plus!

- Experience in youth engagement work 

- Enjoy meeting and working with people/partners 

- Strong relations with tertiary student unions, CCAs or halls, marketing background and proven track record in campaign management would be favorable
